Unheated Yoga


Start or develop a safe and beneficial Vinyasa yoga practice. You will synchronize breath with movement in a mindful flow and explore basic to intermediate level yoga postures, alignment, and breathing techniques. Our wonderful teachers will assist with postures that are challenging for you and give you modifications when necessary.
 
No experience or flexibility requirement.
Open to all levels. Room is normal temperature.
